OSA REFUND POLICY

OMAHA SPORTS ACADEMY PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:

Omaha Sports Academy understands that sometimes it is not possible to uphold your commitment to a class or program, and we want to work with each customer to guarantee satisfaction.   All refunds will be in the form of account credit at the Omaha Sports Academy, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the general manager will review on an individual basis.   In the event that a credit card or check refund is granted, there will be a $25 processing fee.

Should a government shutdown occur due to COVID-19, and any programs are subsequently cancelled, participants will be given a full credit on their OSA account for the next session or for any future OSA programming. If a program should get cancelled after it has begun, a prorated credit will be put on each participant’s OSA account, based on the number of hours not completed due to the shutdown.

OSA SELECT PARTICIPANTS ONLY:

By committing to participate in the OSA SELECT PROGRAM, we understand that:

  • All team fees must be paid in full or according to the payment schedule set by the Omaha Sports Academy. I am responsible for all fees by said due dates, regardless of how much my athlete attends or if my athlete quits playing mid-season.
  • Any default payment may result in my athlete being dismissed from the team until my account is brought current.
  • Any delinquent fees will be turned over to a collection agency if I fail to keep my arrangements.
  • Fall/Winter team placements will be posted in August.  Athletes WILL NOT automatically be placed on the same level team as this current year, as players will develop differently over the summer.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO TEAM PLACEMENT.
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless extreme circumstances occur, which include a catastrophic injury or moving over 75 miles away.  All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, and if approved, will be given in the form of account credit at Omaha Sports Academy.
  • In the case of a government shutdown, OSA will do its best to make up all missed game time and practice hours through an extended season whenever possible. No cash refunds will be given.
  • Verbally abusive, rude, or disrespectful behavior toward players, coaches, officials, fans, or OSA staff may result in athlete removal from the team, with no opportunity for refund.
  • It is expected that all OSA players and families represent OSA in a positive, respectful manner at all team events and competitions attended.
