Omaha Sports Academy understands that sometimes it is not possible to uphold your commitment to a class or program, and we want to work with each customer to guarantee satisfaction. As a general rule, all refund requests will be sent to the OSA general manager, and requests will be processed within 2 – 4 weeks. All refunds will be in the form of account credit at the Omaha Sports Academy, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the general manager will review on an individual basis. In the event that a credit card or check refund is granted, there will be a $25 processing fee.
Select Team Fees
All select payments are non-refundable, unless extreme circumstances occur, which include a catastrophic injury or moving over 75 miles away. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, and if approved, will be given in the form of account credit at Omaha Sports Academy.
TEAM REGISTRATIONS – COVID-19
Should a government shutdown occur due to COVID-19, and any leagues and/or tournaments are subsequently cancelled, coaches will have the option to leave their full payment on their OSA account for the next season or for any future leagues or tournaments, or a refund will be given, less a $100 administrative fee. If the league would get cancelled after the season has begun, a prorated credit will be put on each team’s OSA account, based on the number of games not completed due to the shutdown. Should a monetary refund be requested, there will still be an administrative fee of $100 deducted from the prorated amount.
